Virtual Assistant/HR/Payroll
Like many virtual assistants, I come from the corporate world with over 10 years of experience. I worked for the private sector in different industries like hospitality, retail, and security. My experience as an HR Generalist has required that I learn different payroll applications, HRIMS, and possess communication skills to suit different levels within an organization. I have learned to be more empathetic and fine-tune my listening skills. I am extremely proficient in both Microsoft Office and HRIMS, using both on a daily basis. My years of administering employee records, payroll administration, training manual, and policy/procedure have afforded me an excellent level of administration skills. I have also been able to sharpen and develop my research skills.
